Service Description
What will you do? We'll begin with an introduction to clay and its process, understanding how it transforms from a lump into a finished piece. Then, you'll work on your mug step by step: ● Shaping it using the pinching technique ● Designing and creating the handle ● Learning to properly join the pieces ● Exploring finishes through textures and color Throughout the experience, we'll closely guide you so you can enjoy the process without pressure and with confidence. At the end, your piece will be ready for an essential phase that takes place after the workshop. We take care of the entire process: controlled drying, cleaning, glazing, and the two firings necessary for your mug to be resistant, functional, and long-lasting. What's included? ● 2 hours of creative experience ● All necessary materials (clay, tools, colors, and apron) ● 1 finished, fired, and glazed mug Who is it for? For anyone who wants to enjoy a creative, relaxed, and meaningful experience. Ideal for disconnecting, experimenting with your hands, and creating a unique object that will become part of your routine. No prior experience is necessary. IMPORTANT Ceramics requires time and care. After the workshop, your mug goes through several stages that we carry out in the studio: drying, first firing, glazing, and a second firing. This process takes approximately 3–4 weeks, and we handle it entirely to guarantee a high-quality final result. You can pick up your piece at the studio or request shipping (additional cost). We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and tying back long hair. Every time you use it, you'll remember the experience of having created it with your own hands. Languages: Spanish and English

Cancellation Policy
To ensure the smooth running of workshops and classes, we have the following cancellation policy: Cancellations or date changes must be communicated at least 5 days in advance of the reserved date. Cancellations made less than 5 days in advance are non-refundable. If notice is given within the required timeframe (5 days or more), the reservation may be rescheduled once, subject to availability, and must be made within 3 months of the original date. No-shows will be considered completed classes or experiences and cannot be made up. Reservations are personal but can be transferred to another person with prior notice. In the event of cancellation by the studio, a new date or a voucher for the amount paid will be offered.
