Service Description
What will you do? We'll begin with an introduction to clay and its firing process. We'll have a pre-made and fired mug ready for you to personalize. We'll teach you tips and techniques for painting it, and you'll see a demonstration of how to use the dyes. Then, you'll work on your mug with all the necessary materials. Throughout the experience, we'll closely guide you so you can enjoy the process without pressure and with confidence. At the end, your piece will be ready for an essential phase that takes place after the workshop. We'll take care of the final steps: glazing and firing. What's included? ● 2 hours of creative experience ● 1 pre-made and fired mug ● All necessary materials ● 1 finished, fired, and glazed mug Who is it for? For anyone who wants to enjoy a creative, relaxed, and meaningful experience. Ideal for disconnecting, experimenting with your hands, and creating a unique object that will become part of your routine. No prior experience necessary. IMPORTANT: Ceramics require time and care. After the workshop, your mug will be glazed and fired again. This process takes approximately 3-4 days. You can pick up your piece at the workshop or request shipping (additional cost). We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and tying back long hair. Every time you use it, you'll remember the experience of creating it with your own hands. Languages: Spanish and English

Cancellation Policy
To ensure the smooth running of workshops and classes, we have the following cancellation policy: Cancellations or date changes must be communicated at least 5 days in advance of the reserved date. Cancellations made less than 5 days in advance are non-refundable. If notice is given within the required timeframe (5 days or more), the reservation may be rescheduled once, subject to availability, and must be made within 3 months of the original date. No-shows will be considered completed classes or experiences and cannot be made up. Reservations are personal but can be transferred to another person with prior notice. In the event of cancellation by the studio, a new date or a voucher for the amount paid will be offered.
