We ask that you be punctual so as not to miss important explanations. If you arrive late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you, although we may not always be able to make up for lost time.
Regular classes are purchased in a package of 2 or 4 classes. When you buy a package, you reserve and pay for all classes in advance.At the time of purchase, you choose the date of your first class . Subsequent classes are booked later, from your online account , subject to availability, using the credits from your package.Each class lasts 2 hours and is held once a week . The packages are valid for 3 months from the date of the first class .
We do not offer refunds.You can change your booking date by notifying us at least 5 days in advance , subject to availability. Changes can be made within 3 months of the original date.
We do not offer refunds. In permitted cases, we offer a date change or voucher.
Yes. If you can't attend, you can send someone else in your place. We just ask that you let us know in advance.
We store finished pieces for a maximum of 3 months . After this period, we cannot guarantee their preservation.
Yes. For groups, contact us to arrange a private session with special dates and prices.
Yes, we have gift cards . Contact us for more information.
Please let us know 5 days in advance if you cannot attend. We will reschedule based on availability. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
