Luciana
Hello! I'm Luciana, a ceramist, teacher, and founder of LulaLuca.
My connection with clay began when I was a child, playing with dough at home, until I entered an art school where I discovered that ceramics was not just a technique, but a form of expression and a way of life.
At 21, I graduated as a ceramics teacher. Over time, I realized that my place is in teaching: not only creating pieces, but also guiding processes, mentoring others, and helping each person find their own way of expressing themselves through clay.
Many people have come through my classes. Some came out of curiosity, others looking to disconnect or try something new. Many discovered a talent they didn't know they had.
Seeing that moment when someone understands that they can create with their own hands is, for me, deeply meaningful.
I feel that my mission is to transmit this craft with respect and sensitivity, to support the processes without invading them, and to keep alive a tradition that is learned with patience, practice, and presence.
At LulaLuca I have created a space to share all of that: a place to create calmly, learn and reconnect with the natural rhythm of the hands.
Creating a
New space
LulaLuca's workshop was lovingly renovated by Luciana and her husband Gabriel. Every detail, from the sculptural shelves to the floor designed with recycled glass bottles, reflects their love for handcrafted items and unique aesthetics. The result is a welcoming space, surrounded by nature, where calm and creativity meet.
More than a ceramics studio, it is a place where experiences, stories and memories are created.
